The "MB Tech" is a metal-based building material screw that performs three functions in a single process: a drilling function that creates pilot holes in the base steel material, a tapping function that forms internal threads in the base steel material, and a tightening function that secures fasteners against the base steel material. If the fasteners are no longer needed, they can be removed by reversing the screw without the need for cutting.
